As long as you’ve found one Treasure, you can buy the rest of the pieces by standing in front of the artifact’s pedestal and pressing the Action Button. However if you want to unlock the bonus levels you must collect each artifact from every stage. Buying the pieces with studs will not unlock the bonus levels. The three bonus levels are:

With all five Chests on the green pads in the middle of the room, build with the bricks and destroy the resulting object to obtain a Key. Take the Key to the Artifact Room. Pick up the Blue Jewel lying on the floor and place it on the pedestal to reveal the gears. Use the Key in the gears.

How to get to the fourth chest in Indiana Jones?
Use Willie’s scream or explosives to blow up the glass encased Chest on the right. Use explosives to blow up the silver dishes on the left then use a character with a Shovel to retrieve the fourth chest. Use a Thuggee character to pray in front of the statue to open a panel in the wall revealing a crawlspace.
