In order to access Jirachi, you will need to watch all of the programming, which will give you the Starlight Projector. This will let you go to Camp Starlight, where you can watch the Pichu Movie. Beat the game (Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald) on your Game Boy Advance.

What kind of Star does Jirachi look like?

Under its eyes, there are V-shaped markings that are light green. Jirachi’s head is yellow and resembles a star, but with only three points. Hanging on those three points are three light green bands that are said to be part of Jirachi’s ability to grant wishes. It also has two wavy yellow strings streaming from behind it.

Can you use Jirachi in more than one game?

Where do you get Jirachi’s moves in Ultra Moon?

Jirachi learns the following moves in Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon at the levels specified. Lv. Cat. Jirachi does not learn any moves by breeding in Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon. Cat. Cat. Jirachi can only learn these moves in previous generations.
