How do you raise an alien baby in Sims 4?
If your Sim is abducted and you want to raise the baby, see the guides to Babies and Children. The resulting baby will be pure Alien, and have access to Alien powers. Sending an alien baby back to the homeworld. Once the birth is over, you can click the baby’s bassinet to send it back to the homeworld.
Is there a way to have a full Alien Baby?
The ONLY ways to get full alien babies are through abduction (male) or to have both parents be full aliens. All try-for-baby pregnancies between aliens and humans will result in hybrids. Hybrids might have alien skin tones but are otherwise essentially human.

If you want to change your Alien into normal Sim clothes (without the disguise) you have to go shopping. Every Alien outfit looks the same. The disguise is activated. You can alter how they look in CAS by clicking them, without cheating. Sims who meet Aliens can be angered, as though the government should have told them about Aliens.
